Scott Jerrell

Unit Coordinator and Extension Agent, Agriculture and Natural Resources - Crop & Soil Sciences

Diverse agricultural commodities in Scott County has influenced the Agriculture Extension Program.  Scott has worked with beef producers to promote and development marketing option through state programs for feeder calves and premium assured heifers.  He works with hair sheep producers in the areas of production and marketing.  The Scott County Master Gardener Program is growing and helping Scott assist homeowners with various lawn and garden questions.
